How is Tonsillectomy Performed

Surgery is performed under general anaesthesia. it is a minor surgery.Surgery is done using coblation to avoid blood loss.

Recurrent attacks of thraot pain , with fever and swollen glands in neck obstructive sleep apnea interval tonsillectomy after peritonsillar abscess.

Preparation for Tonsillectomy

Patient should not take food after waking up on the day of surgery.
